The 5 bedroom villa is elegantly designed with high ceilings, large spacious rooms and tasteful modern décor to make your stay comfortable, relaxed and provide you with complete privacy.

The split level villa has a ground floor with three large en-suite bedrooms measuring 350 sq ft with private garden verandahs and wardrobes. One bedroom has twin beds. The bedrooms are well lit with soft muted furnishings.
The first floor opens up to two large en-suite bedrooms. The master bedroom is approx 340 sq ft with king size bed, wardrobe, TV with Tata sky, a large balcony overlooking Chapora river (across the road). The second en-suite bedroom is approx 270 sq feet with a king size bed, wardrobe and with a private balcony.

Located on the same floor is the plush living room, brightly lit with cheerful furnishings, a super sized sofa to sink in, a bar, a wine chiller and an eight-seater dining table that leads to the fully equipped island kitchen. The open design living space opens to an outdoor cosy nook , a sunny pool deck and the pool (4.2-4.5 m deep) and a small private garden.
The villa can be rented as a 3, 4 and 5 bedroom option.

The price will vary depending on how many bedrooms are booked.
Please note the Villa Rules:
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at the swimming pool. The villa does not provide a lifeguard. We advise no swimming for children post sunset.
• Unbreakable glassware is provided in and around the pool.
• Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas.
• Please close all deck and balcony doors when not in the rooms and also in the evenings to avoid mosquitos and other insects.
• Please switch off all a/c and lights when not in the villa
• As per government rules, loud music is not permitted outdoors post 10pm.
• Housekeeping is between 9am to 9pm. Turned down service at 5pm
• Breakfast is served between 9am to 11am
• Security is provided between 6pm to 6am
• Gardener from 9am to 6pm
