A trendy luxury villa located in Goa’s upmarket residential area of Assagao. The villa has been featured in Elle Décor’s India edition for its tastefully done interiors and its smart use of space.

A verandah runs along one side of the villa and opens out towards the private pool and garden. The lively combination of colours with simplistic eclectic furniture gives the entire villa an easy feeling of space and `aliveness’.

The villa is generously outfitted with stunning custom-made carpets. The furniture is a curious mix of a factory to Baroque to modern minimalist and the colour palette moves from Indigo in the kitchen to a profusion of happy hues in the dining room to muted tones of grey and silver in one of the bedrooms.

The villa’s distinctive interiors have been designed by an international team of architects and interior designers.

On the ground floor are the living spaces and the master bedroom. The living room has an upbeat airy ambience to it. A place you would like to idle away the hours. It comes complete with an entertainment system.

The first floor features three colour-coded bedrooms. Two king sized bedrooms and one children’s room with twin beds.

VILLA ACCOMMODATION

The master bedroom:

A spacious suite with vintage wooden double king size bed, a baroque couch, and a powder room. Belgian imported floor boards are topped with a custom-designed carpet. The bathroom has bold black and white tiling imparting a distinctive arty touch.

Bedroom two:

An antique double bed mingles with a wooden chest, a clothes valet, and a deck chair. The en-suite bedroom has crystal lights on the side tables. A print of Picasso’s Don Quixote accessorizes the space. The bathroom is delightfully done up in custom made tiles.

Bedroom three:

In muted colours of grey and silver, this en-suite bedroom with its king size bed opens on to a small verandah overlooking the pool.

Bedroom four:

The children’s room features twin beds, a study table and a snazzy bathroom of Indigo with white stripes.
